PRODUCTION/SHIPPING
How long will it take to get my pieces?
Any items in stock will be shipped with in 1-3 business days of placing your order.
For any items not in stock please allow 10-15 business days, as these will have to be made.

How long will delivery take?

Shipping within New Zealand is usually 1-2 days depending where you are living.

Shipping to Australia will be 3-10 working days for Air or 2-6 days for Courier.

Shipping is based on weight.

(please expect some delays with certain locations during the current COVID-19 situation)

Will I get notified when my items are on their way?

Yes, an email will be sent out with tracking information once our courier has collected your item.

How do you package the items?

All our pieces will come in eco-friendly packaging which includes being wrapped in tissue paper in a cardboard box with filling to help protect them whilst travelling.

ABOUT THE CONCRETE

How do I care for my concrete pieces?
Concrete is solid but it will break if dropped on or hits a hard surface. Please take care when handling your item.
For cleaning all you will need to do is wipe down with a clean damp cloth.
What are those air pockets in the concrete?
While I do my very best to eliminate as much as possible they will still be there as this is a natural occurrence when mixing the concrete.
Why does my colour not look exactly like the picture?
I mix the concrete in small batches so therefor not every batch with be the exact same.
Can I put food on them?
The the items listed in the Homewares section have been sealed with a food grade beeswax. Which means they are safe if you would like to put cookies etc on them to eat from. The other items listed in the other categories have just been sealed to a satin finish with a concrete sealer.
How do I protect my furniture?
Most of the bigger items & coasters will come with small felt feet underneath to help protect from any marks.

We are unable to accept returns or do refunds if you change your mind.
